The tailor + client relationship is so important! Recognizing the nuance was part of my Masters research and informed the way I approach working one on one with clients. Initially offering in-home services, I recognize the fact that not everyone will want me in their personal space and that meeting in a neutral location can help with a sense of ease and comfort.
